As a Deputy Manager, you motivate your colleagues to get even better together. You are solution-oriented and can effortlessly identify challenges in the salon. Moreover, you can motivate your team every day with a considerable amount of enthusiasm. You are a true team player. You are also responsible for maintaining the AMI formula in the salon, adhering to hygiene and health and safety policies, placing orders with suppliers, and guiding colleagues.

In possession of a hair stylist diploma.
Able to motivate and coach colleagues.
